The injection moulding process is a mass series production process. It is quite possible to produce a low to very low series. We can inject moulds starting at 5 pieces. However, such a batch size has a less attractive pricing. It is important to utilise the advantages that injection moulding can offer, as quickly and efficiently as possible: a larger series with low changeover costs. The latter is partly achieved by using as few colours as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Injection moulding is not expensive, but people often focus on the initial investment costs in the required injection mould.
